Realtor MLS IDX Solutions Now Available
Found By Design is proud to announce that we are now able to offer IDX / MLS solutions for real estate websites. We offer this for both stand alone options or as part of our real estate website package!
IDX is the Internet Data Exchange system that allows Realtors to provide public access the MLS (Multiple Listing System). The IDX system is designed to allow visitors of a Realtor’s website to search homes for sale in the Realtor’s local area. Information is pulled from the MLS and displayed in the IDX results. Since the MLS only allows licensed Realtors to access the MLS system, any real estate website wanting to display MLS listings needs to have an IDX website system to extract the data.
Our IDX system offers a nationwide access to MLS boards in virtually any market in the US. This means we have the broadest options for Realtors across the nation!
